DOUG BENNETT is an animator and woodworker. Born in Ontario, Canada, he has lived in Dublin, Ireland and now resides in Glendale, California. He has been an animator at Walt Disney Animation Studios since 1995, contributing to some of the most beloved animated films of all time.

Weaved through his life has been his passion for woodworking and furniture design. The joy of building hand crafted objects, the sensory satisfaction and tactile nature of wood, and the connection to history that traditional tools and methods evoke are the qualities which he hopes to communicate in his work.
